All our Works are sent with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity, that credits that they have been made entirely in our workshop and that they have been completely handmade, following the traditional methods.

All are posted via insured signed for. If there has been damage in transit, then please email us so that we can claim from the courier. If the item gets lost or damaged then we will replace it or refund the value of the item and postage
