In 1928 Toribio Aranda was established in Arrabal de Portillo, a small village in the province of Valladolid (Spain), and opened a pottery workshop completely dedicated to the manufacture of articles of prime necessity for the castilian homes of the time.

Several generations of potters have continued making the same objects with the same techniques in the same workshop, that throughout history has come to make more than 2000 different products; some of these have stayed in the athic and the store, that´s the reason of the name "El Desván de la Abuela Eusebia".

Our products have been displayed in ethnographic museums and exported to more than 20 countries.

Each of our works has a numbered autenticity certificate that credits it is unique and has been completely handmade.

These are the products we sell in our store. Many of these articles will not be made again because they are not useful anymore.
